Case Study

Situation:

The owner of an eight-unit building had root intrusions at various spots on a nearly 150-foot-long, four-inch sewage line which started under the basement slab, continued under pavement eight feet deep, and ended after it went under an eight-car garage. In the pipes' condition, simply cleaning the line would have only temporarily addressed the problem, as roots would have quickly returned. epoxyinserted

Solution:

Since digging and replacing concrete and asphalt would have been a serious headache and been costly to replace, the customer opted to use our Dig No More line repair service. We cut out a 2'x3' section of concrete in the basement, cleaned as much of the pipe as possible, lined the 20' section under the garage that had the most serious root intrusions, and had the building's sewers back in working condition by the next morning.
